While Senator Revilla Jr. and Senator Pacquiao continue their year long jostling for first place, Senator Pacquiao’s inability to stay #1, despite his presidential announcement, is interesting. Senator Gordon, Lacson and Sotto’s vast improvement shows a focused priority that is easily explained in Senator Lacson and Sotto’s instance, but Senator Gordon’s rapid improvement still awaits a causal factor, perhaps in the next few days.
